Why do you need special equipment for Nylon, Teflon, Halar powders?

Majority of fluoropolymer powders have different charging properties as compared to conventional powders. So it needs a special gun made for it. Also coaters need to have flexibility to coat with powder charge of any type i.e. Corona as well as Tribo charging. Besides, the powders are very expensive so it needs to be handled with utmost care.

Can I operate corona as well as tribo guns on the same panel?

If the panel does not have the Smart Tracker performance monitor you will not be able to locate the problem immediately. You have to start from zero and it will be very time consuming.
