Powder coating system designed for conveyorised powder coating plants, where two operators spray powder on objects moving on a conveyor. It comes with an ‘Infiniti™’ powder spray gun, a special ‘twin’ control panel with a performance monitor and many other features to ensure the coated object gets perfect powder coverage.

How many guns I can operate in a Twin System?

You can operate two guns simultaneously form one panel. You can operate either two corona guns together or two tribo guns.

What is “Infiniti™” technology? What about the other guns in the market which do not have it?

Powder spray gun has a circuit which generates 100 KV and releases the same at the gun tip. In the event of high voltage failure, all you need to do is-pull the barrel out and change the power cartridge. The power cartridge has the patented (US Patent- 5678770) Infiniti™ technology which protects the gun barrel from any damage. Other guns available in market do not have the Infiniti™ feature. In the event of high voltage failure, one needs to buy the new gun or send the damaged gun to the manufacturer for expensive repair work.

Can I have individual powder and KV settings for two guns?

You can have individual powder control for the two guns, but KV settings will be same for both the guns.

Can I operate only one gun only in Twin system if I do not want the other gun to operate?
